If you book now- The newly remodeled red barn has opened up the entire climate controlled bldg for rental. The red barn 3 day wedding package includes the day before event to decorate, the day of the event AND the day after the event to gather up any of your belongings. This package is $1,950 and includes tables and chairs for approx 200, a place to get married anywhere on the 200 acre farm, PA Speaker, 2 restroom facilities and a theatre loft for kids to be entertained. The adjacent bnb is available for an extra $220 per night for bridesmaids or out of town guests. (2) 30x40 white tents are available at $495 each. Rustic props are also available including an old horse drawn farm wagon from the 1800's (no horses, just wagon😉) at additional cost. Plus 6% tax. 1/2 down at time of booking Thanks! BIRTHDAYS, CLASS REUNIONS, ANNIVERSARY RECEPTIONS, SHOWERS & MORE. (EXCLUDING ANYTHING WEDDING RELATED)
FRONT ONLY: $50 per hour plus $50 cleaning fee. Seats about 40 to 50 comfortably and includes rectangle tables and chairs, full kitchen, serving bar, TV loft upstairs with theater seating.
WHOLE BARN: $100 per hour plus $100 cleaning fee. Seats about 200 to 250 and includes all of the front, as stated above, plus 20 round Lifetime tables in back plus 160 Lifetime chairs. Beautiful chandelier & white shears center the room along with a fireplace & old rustic Adair County Courthouse doors create another focal area.
